Tracey delivers on-site corporate trainings and workshops focused on coaching and professional development to boost employees’ creativity, innovation, productivity and more.

Additionally, she creates and leads on and off-site retreats, and was recently the Lead Coach for a filmed documentary by LavoieFilms called The Retreat: a docu-series airing on Amazon Prime in Summer 2019.
Tracey is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She received a Masters in Public Policy from American University (Washington, DC) and a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Political Science from Bridgewater State University.

Coaching Skills - Foundations
In this engaging and interactive training, participants will learn fundamental coaching skills, coaching theory and how to effectively coach their team members. They will receive practical and immediate tools to enhance their communication, give constructive feedback, practice active listening and how to support the growth and potential of their team members.
This training can be geared for various levels and audiences, including HR and delivering effective performance reviews. It can be held for 1 or across multiple days, depending on the depth of skill-building and practicum coaching simulations experiences you’re seeking.
Understanding your Conflict Styles in the Workplace
In this engaging and interactive training, team members will understand their unique conflict styles by completing their own Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI assessment). They will learn about the 5 styles of conflict and what this means to them, how to easily read a conflict situation, and will practice how to switch from one style to another as situations change.
Participants will leave the training feeling more self-aware and empowered to handle and transform conflicts in the workplace. A positive side -effect is they will naturally transform conflicts in their personal lives as well. Each individual will complete their own Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI assessment) prior to the workshop.
